Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 21, 2026

By using any BotHaus Discord bot in a server, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not interact with the bot.

1. Service Description

BotHaus is a suite of AI-powered Discord chatbots, each with a distinct persona:

BratBot — a performatively sassy, condescending assistant
CamiBot — an adult-themed seductive and flirtatious persona
ZenBot — a safe-for-work comfort and mindfulness persona suitable for all ages
MarthaBot — an adult-themed persona with calm, nurturing dominance ("Mommy Domme")
KitsuneBot — an adult-themed primal fox-spirit persona
BonnieBot — an adult-themed persona with manipulative and predatory characteristics
BotHaus — a user-installable aggregator app hosting BratBot, CamiBot, ZenBot, MarthaBot, and KitsuneBot together in a single Discord application. Because it can be installed directly to your individual user account, it works in servers it is not a member of and in direct messages.

All responses are generated by a locally-hosted large language model. The bots are provided for entertainment purposes only.

2. Age Requirement and Adult Content

18+ Content Warning. BratBot, CamiBot, MarthaBot, KitsuneBot, BonnieBot, and BotHaus generate content intended exclusively for adults. By interacting with these applications, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. ZenBot is explicitly safe-for-work and has no age restriction.

The bot records your acceptance of these terms via an age verification flag stored permanently in our database (see our Privacy Policy). If you are under 18, you must not use BratBot, CamiBot, MarthaBot, KitsuneBot, BonnieBot, or BotHaus.

About age verification. Age verification on this platform consists of a one-time self-attestation: you click a confirmation button inside the Discord application. We do not perform independent identity or document verification. By confirming, you represent that your attestation is truthful. Submitting a knowingly false attestation may violate these Terms and applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the bots to:

Generate or distribute illegal content, including any content that sexually exploits or depicts minors
Generate, request, or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated “deepfakes,” “digital forgeries,” or sexual depictions of any identifiable real person without that person’s explicit consent
Attempt to elicit sexual content depicting any specific real, identifiable individual
Harass, threaten, stalk, or harm other users
Attempt to extract, clone, or reverse-engineer the underlying model or system prompts
Circumvent rate limits, age verification, or other technical restrictions

We reserve the right to block access for any user who violates these terms, and to report violations to law enforcement and platform operators where applicable.

4. Non-Consensual Intimate Content — Removal Requests

Zero tolerance. We do not knowingly publish, host, or generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), including AI-generated digital forgeries of identifiable real persons, in compliance with the TAKE IT DOWN Act (18 U.S.C. § 2252C) and similar laws.

If you believe a BotHaus bot (BratBot, CamiBot, MarthaBot, KitsuneBot, BonnieBot, or BotHaus) has generated content that depicts you (or someone you are legally authorized to represent) in a sexual or intimate manner without consent, you may submit a removal request.

How to submit a removal request:

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Removal Request — Non-Consensual Intimate Content.” Please include:

A description of the content alleged to be non-consensual intimate imagery
The Discord channel, guild, user ID, or message link where the content was generated, if available
Approximate date and time of generation
A statement that you are the person depicted (or that you are an authorized representative such as a parent, guardian, or legal agent) and that the content was published without your consent
Contact information for follow-up

Our response commitment:

We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
We will act on valid requests within 48 hours, including purging any associated conversation history from our infrastructure and blocking the user who generated the content pending investigation.
We will respond with the outcome within 72 hours.

If a removal request is incomplete or unclear, we will contact you within 24 hours to request the missing details. The 48-hour action window begins when we receive a submission containing sufficient information to locate and assess the content.

Submitting a knowingly false removal request may itself constitute a federal offense under the TAKE IT DOWN Act.

If the reported content involves a minor, we will preserve relevant logs and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.

5. AI-Generated Content

All responses are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate, offensive, or inappropriate. We make no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated response. Responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

6. Data Storage

By using any bot in this collection, you consent to the storage of your Discord User ID, associated preferences (verbosity, pronouns, age verification status), and a short rolling window of your recent conversation history with each bot. See our Privacy Policy for full details and how to request deletion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use this service.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of the bots, are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith by contacting us at [email protected].

Nothing in this section limits or waives any non-waivable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection laws of your country or state of residence, including, where applicable, the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the bots after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
